Nicole brings over a decade of experience in data-driven storytelling and grant writing for global health projects focusing on under-resourced communities. She has since transitioned into editorial work in service of her life goal of bringing inclusive and diverse stories to print. Her background includes proofreading and editing impact reports and improving editorial workflows within her team. Nicole also works directly with authors as a beta reader and developmental editor, offering feedback on story structure, character development, and language clarity while preserving each author’s unique voice.
