Kenya Sumter was born in Syracuse, NY, and moved to New York City in 2021 to pursue the entertainment industry. Starting from a young age, Kenya loved stories and to create some of her own from her imagination. After receiving an Associate’s Degree, Kenya would write her first book “Eat Like a Local – Syracuse” for the CZYK publishing company and would go on to continue the writing journey from there.
